Policies

• Maximum occupancy is 8 guests as required by La Casa Resort strata.

• No parties or events permitted

• No smoking or vaping inside the cottage or on the premises

• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM

• Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age

• Guests must comply with all La Casa Resort community rules and bylaws

• Failure to follow resort rules may result in fines or removal from the property

Dates are confirmed first. 

To secure the reservation, the following are required at the time of booking:

• A signed rental agreement

• 50 percent of the total reservation amount

• A refundable $500 damage deposit

The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.

Payment may be made by Interac e-transfer.

The registered guest is responsible for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, or policy violations during the stay

• More than 30 days prior to arrival: Full refund.

• 14 to 30 days prior to arrival: 50 percent refund.

• Less than 14 days prior to arrival: Non-refundable.

• Refunds exclude any payment processing fees charged at the time of booking.

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is not guaranteed.

La Casa Resort requires guest registration prior to arrival.

Registered guests must provide:

• Full legal name and residential address

• Government-issued photo identification

• Vehicle make, model and license plate number

Failure to provide required registration information may result in delayed or denied access to resort amenities.
